day 1- your best friend
everybody’s doing it!
dear miles,
we’ve been through a whole lot in the 2 years that we’ve known eachother. and i’ll admit, we haven’t always been the best of friends. last year was rocky, there were times that i didn’t talk to you because, well you knew the situation. but this year has been great. and i told you think just the other day. there are different kinds of best friends and this is the one you are:
you’re the best friend that shares the same sense of humor as me. i always see something when im not with you and i think, “wow, miles would totally laugh at this.” when we are with eachother, and something happens, we both look at eachother and start cracking up. we just KNOW. aniston says all the time, “my brother has stronger morals than most boys. he’s been raised with good morals.” and i always think to myself, “trust me, i know.” you always look out for me, and even though sometimes you go over the top, and sometimes i don’t agree with the things you say, i’ll always respect your opinion.
you’re such a judgemental person, god damnit. i think you hate more than people than anybody i’ve ever met. but at least you don’t hate me! i mean, i get it. you’re very picky about who you hang around. you know who you’ll benefit from talking to and who to stay away from, and i think that’s very smart. different from me, but very smart. let’s just say i think you’re a very cool cat.
